It helps seal out wetness and won't wash away. HOW TO USE: Before using, change wet and soiled diapers, garments, or bed linens promptly. Cleanse the affected area and allow it to dry. Apply cream liberally as needed with each change, especially at bedtime or when exposure to soiled materials, feces, or urine may be prolonged.
